Personal Exploration 1 day of complete rest
Strengthen, cleanse and nourish your body with regular yoga practices and energizing foods. Revitalising your physical body will naturally lead to a new awakening of your mind. Meditation will calm and focus this new energy, empowering you to clear negative patterns and to pave the way for you to create and achieve your life’s dreams. This program is about Living Yoga, in the city, and in the modern world. Make a commitment to yourself and evolve!
The 30-Day Transformation is supported by different workshops which are designed to make this a transformational process. These cover the three main pillars of the transformation and include, offering three different styles of yoga classes, workshops with Meditation, Conscious/Mindful eating and Stress Management. All workshops are included in the price of the transformation. You will also be given a personal program that will fit where you are in your yoga life. You are also invited to join me at the local farmers market, to pick the food we will be preparing in the workshop.
At 8 Limb Yoga we truly believe that committing to an intensive period of yoga and meditation practice once or twice a year gives you the greatest opportunity to experience yoga’s ultimate gifts. The 30-Day transformation, combined with our Intensive support workshops, is a potent transformational program for all levels of students even if you have not done yoga before.

As part of your program, you will also be given a book, Live Your Yoga to guide you through the process of yoga.
Handbook, which will have relevant information to help you through your 30-day Transformation and record all your yoga practices, mediation and food consumed on a daily base.

All workshops are on Saturday from 11am-1pm (Straight after the 9:15am Hatha class which you can all attend if it’s part of your weekly program.)

Transformation ends on Tuesday evening at 7:00pm with a presentation where you will all receive your certificates. This is a very rewarding experience not to be missed!

$349 includes 30-days continuous yoga pass and all workshops. If you hold a current Direct Debit membership or Annual Pass, all you need to do is pay an additional $199.
The 30-day yoga transformation has given me an insight to holistic well being.
I was in a demanding job and with the added challenges of life in general, my health was heading in a downhill spiral. As a result, I did the unthinkable and resigned from my job and set out on the 30-day transformation with a couple of friends.
I was amazed to find that not only did it include some yoga classes to build strength, but it also included pointers on diet and an insight on how to change the mindset and calm the mind. This has helped me greatly both in a spiritual and physical nature. With the expert help of 8 Limb Yoga instructors I have learnt how to enjoy the present moment rather than worry about the past or future and to reassess what really is important to me in the broader sense.
As an added bonus I have met a great bunch of new people, lost weight and have more energy. I highly recommend the 30-day transformation and yoga in general to anyone who wants to explore how to learn some relaxation techniques and get some pointers on better health.
