BEGINNERS YOGA COURSE
WITH SUE & MARYANN
At 8 Limb, Yoga is not a technique, religion or about touching your toes. Yoga is not about being flexible or strong, yoga is not about perfecting a pose or eating meat-free meat.
Yoga is accepting no limitations
Getting off the sofa after a long day of sitting at a desk or in a car
Yoga is about being happy
Yoga is about transcending barriers
Yoga is being who you are now, even if that doesn’t look perfect
